The Finessi mobile application (the "App") and the website at finessi.app (the "Site") are operated by 104 Ventures LLC, a limited-liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America ("Finessi," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Finessi governing your use of the App and the Site. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Finessi is a gamified personal-finance app that lets you:

The App includes virtual items such as XP, gold, levels, dragon evolutions, achievements, and quest rewards (collectively "Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:
Finessi offers Premium subscriptions on a monthly and annual basis. The current price and any introductory offer (e.g., free trial) is shown in the App at the point of purchase, in your local currency where supported. Prices may vary by country and may change over time; if we change the price of an existing subscription, we will notify you in advance and you will be able to cancel before the new price takes effect.
If your purchase includes a free trial, the trial begins when you confirm the purchase. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid period at the price shown at checkout.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is billed by the platform you purchased on (Google Play or Apple App Store) using your registered payment method.
You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain Premium access until that point.
Subscription payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their refund policies. To request a refund, follow the platform's refund process:
Where you have a statutory right to a refund (e.g., the EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital content where you have not yet used the service), please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you. By starting to use Premium features during the cooling-off period you expressly waive that right where local law permits.
If a payment fails, you cancel, or your store account is closed, your Premium entitlement ends and Premium-only features become unavailable. Your data remains intact and is restored if you re-subscribe.
Finessi is not a financial advisor, bank, or licensed financial-services provider. The App is an expense-tracking and budgeting tool. Analytics, insights, and AI-generated summaries are informational and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the App. For professional advice, consult a qualified advisor.
The App includes AI-powered receipt scanning, voice transcription, an AI assistant, and weekly summaries. You acknowledge that:
All content in the App and on the Site — including the dragon characters, game assets, UI design, code, text, graphics, logos, sounds, and the "Finessi" name — is owned by Finessi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., receipt photos, voice clips, transaction notes). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App for you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DATA OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINESSI AND ITS PROCESSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THAT PERIOD, OR (B) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You may delete your account at any time:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the App, or for legal or security reasons. On termination:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email and take effect on the "Effective date" shown above. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the consumer-protection carve-out below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and Finessi consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or state of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law guarantees you the right to bring claims locally, you may do so notwithstanding the venue clause above.
Time limit. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred, except where applicable law prohibits this limitation.
